Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. Shaanxi Dangdang Food Co., Ltd. holds a food production licence for fried puffed food and runs a 30,000 m² plant in Xianyang, Shaanxi. You can audit us on site or by live video before placing an order.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes, in three ways: OEM on our proven recipes, ODM where we develop a new recipe and pack with you, or private label on the existing MiXiLe range. Private label starts at 200 cartons per SKU per flavour.
What about samples?
Stock flavours: 2–3 cans free of charge, freight collect. Custom flavour or pack: samples in 7–10 days, and the sample fee is credited against your first order.
Which certificates do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP, both issued by CQC (an IQNET member), with the scope “production of fried puffed food (rice crust)” — plus FDA food facility registration for US shipments. Originals are shown on our Quality page and can be sent as PDF.
Is FDA registration the same as FDA approval?
No. The FDA does not approve food facilities — registration is a legal requirement, not an endorsement. We are registered (Reg. No. 19898570786) and file prior notice for each US shipment, and we never describe ourselves as “FDA approved”.
What is the shelf life and how should it be stored?
12 months from the production date in the unopened can, stored below 25 °C, dry, away from direct sunlight. Production date, lot code and best-before are printed on every can.
